Submitting an AI Studio request is simple, just select the AI Studio option from the design picker and share your brief. Our team takes it from there.
Need AI Studio as part of a graphic or video request? No problem. After you submit your request, your team leader will review it with you and determine what AI Studio support is needed. From there, you have two options:
Split it into two requests: an AI Studio request worked first, followed by your graphic or video request once the AI assets are approved.
Keep it as one request: the team will assess complexity and structure the work into milestones, so everything stays organized in one place.
Either way works great, just let us know what you prefer.
How does this affect turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround times are:
Graphics: 1–3 business days
Videos: 2–4 business days
AI Studio requests: 1–2 business days
AI Studio requests may add some time, since our team doesn't just generate assets, they apply a full post-production workflow to refine and polish the output to our quality standards. If your timeline is affected, your team will let you know upfront, and any impact will be minimal.

Does AI Studio replace my design team?
Not at all. AI Studio generates assets, but our creative team remains fully responsible for direction, execution, and final deliverables, including the post-production work that ensures every output meets our quality standards.
