But if you’ve already made up your mind, we completely understand. Sometimes your design needs slow down, and you may be looking for a way to hit “pause.” While we don’t currently offer a traditional pause option, we do offer two flexible alternatives that give you control over how you manage your subscription:
1. Switch to the Maintenance Plan
If you want to stay connected without the full monthly commitment, our Maintenance Plan is a great middle ground.
With this plan, you’ll:
Receive 1 design credit per month (perfect for quick updates or light tasks).
Maintain full access to your dashboard and all previously completed files.
Request standard graphic or video tasks and revisions.
Have 1 active design slot at a time with our standard turnaround.
It’s the perfect way to keep NoLimit in your back pocket so you’re never fully stepping away. And when your creative needs pick back up, you can upgrade anytime to a standard plan seamlessly.
2. Cancel Your Subscription
If you’re unsure when you’ll need design support again, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your Manage My Account page. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Here’s what to expect:
You’ll lose access to your account and files after the billing period ends.
Any remaining design credits will expire when the cancellation is complete.
But don’t worry, you can reactivate anytime, and we’ll be ready to pick up where we left off!
