Your brand is unique, and so is every designer’s style. The right designer? That’s the secret to designs that truly fit your vision. With Designer Preferences, you’re in control. Choose designers you love, avoid styles that don’t fit, and get designs that match your brand every time.

Why Use the Preferred Designer Feature?

Consistency in Branding

Each designer has a unique style and approach. By adding and selecting a Preferred Designer, you ensure greater consistency across your projects, making sure the designs you receive align perfectly with your brand’s identity.

Stronger Collaboration

Building a working relationship with a designer allows for better communication, a deeper understanding of your needs, and ultimately, better results.

Minimise Revisions

When a designer becomes familiar with your preferences, they can work more efficiently, reducing the time needed for revisions and ensuring quicker delivery of high-quality designs.

Finding the Right Fit

Not every designer will be the right fit for your brand. If you find that a particular designer’s style doesn’t align with your vision, you can mark them as a Non-Preferred Designer, and we’ll ensure they are not assigned to your future requests.

How to Set Your Designer Preferences

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to the My Designer section.

  2. Add designers you enjoy working with to your Preferred Designers list.

  3. If a designer’s style isn’t the right fit, you can add them to the Non-Preferred Designers list to avoid future assignments.

  4. Be sure to click 'Save' to confirm any updates or changes to your preferred and non-preferred designer list.

Once your Preferred Designer list is updated, you may begin adding them when you create new requests. Our Design Leads do their best to match you with your Preferred Designer, depending on availability. If they’re booked, don’t worry, we’ll assign someone with a similar style to keep your branding consistent.

Updating your Preferred Designer list ensures that your choices are prioritized for all future requests, allowing you to take control of your design experience, ensuring every project aligns seamlessly with your brand’s style and vision.
