Here is a roadmap of what happens once you hit "submit" on your web design request:
1. The Briefing Phase
Great design starts with a great story. When creating your request, provide as much detail as possible to help our designers align with your vision.
Pro Tip: If your website requires extensive copy, please link a document with the full text in your brief. Ensure any linked documents are set to "Public" or shared directly with [email protected]. This prevents access-request delays
2. Expert Review & Assignment
Before the pixels move, our Web Design Lead personally reviews your request to ensure we have all the ingredients for success.

3. Design in Progress
Once the path is clear, the creative work begins!
Our Process: For multi-page projects, we start by designing your Home Page. We deliver this first for your feedback and approval. This ensures the visual "vibe" is perfect before we apply it to the remaining pages.
If the project only includes one page we will work on it immediately.
Understanding Your Deliverables
To deliver high-fidelity results, our team works in Figma, the industry standard program for web design. You will receive the following:
The Figma File: You will receive a .fig file with every request. This allows you to view the copy and use Figma’s built-in feedback tools to leave comments exactly where you want them.
Version Control: If your project requires revisions, you will receive a fresh file for each version, making it easy to track the evolution of your design.
All-in-One Viewing: Need a mobile version or multiple variations? You’ll find all formats conveniently organized within the same file.
Interactive Prototypes: Once the design is polished, we share a prototype link. This allows you to see animations and interactions in action.
Note: If your project has multiple pages, simply use the on-screen arrows to navigate through all the pages.
From Vision to Reality: Web Implementation
If your service package includes implementation, we don't just stop at the design.
The Handover: Once the design is fully approved, our Lead assigns the project to a specialized Web Builder.
The Platform: We implement your custom design directly into our CMS, ensuring a responsive and stable build.
Going Live: Once the build is complete, you’ll receive a simple set of instructions to link the site to your domain.
