We value your business and we want to make sure you are satisfied with our service. If you're considering cancelling your subscription, we ask that you please reach out to a Customer Success Representative first. They would be happy to discuss any issues you may have, and explore potential solutions together.
Although we do understand that sometimes, for any reason, you may need to put your subscription on hold for a while. Here's a couple of things worth noting when you decide to cancel your subscription:
Your subscription will end on the upcoming billing date. You will not be charged again after that date.
You'll still be able to access your subscription benefits until the end date of your paid period. This means that you will still be able to create new requests and have them scheduled before the end of the paid period.
The design team will continue working on your active requests until the end of your current paid period. However, to accommodate further revisions or resizes, you'll need to maintain at least a Maintenance Plan. If you require major revisions to your requests or wish to proceed with your queued requests, you'll need to reactivate your subscription under one of our main plans.
You and your team will not be able to submit any new design requests unless your subscription is reactivated. If you need any design work done in the future, you can reactivate your subscription at any time by purchasing a plan or contacting our Customer Success team.
You will continue to have access to your Google Drive folder for up to 6 months after the subscription has been cancelled.
