If you’ve decided to take a break or no longer need our services, canceling your account is simple.
Here’s how to cancel your subscription plan:
Head over to manage my account.
Select Cancel and complete the Cancellation Request Form.
You can book a call with us or consider our Maintenance Plan for continued support.
Provide any feedback you’d like to share to help us improve our services.
Submit the cancellation request form.
After submitting, our team will process your cancellation, and a Customer Success Representative will reach out to confirm your account status. We’ll also provide you with information on what to expect next after your cancellation.
When you cancel your subscription, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, it will automatically close in line with our policy. At that point, access to My Files will be restricted, so we strongly recommend downloading any files you’d like to keep before the end of your current billing cycle. After this period, your files will be archived.
