How do I know if I am on a Credit-based plan?
Our Starter plans and Maintenance plan, are credit-based. Starter plans have 3 Design credits to use every month, while Maintenance plan has 1 Design Credit for use every month.
How many design credits are used by a graphic or video design request?
Most graphic or video request typically consume one (1) design credit. However, it is worth noting that each design request undergoes a review and assessment by your assigned Design Lead. There might be cases where larger projects are divided into multiple parts, which can result in the request requiring more than one (1) design credit to accomplish. In such situations, your assigned Design Lead will communicate with you to discuss how we can best manage the project, managing your available credits, and properly setting expectations.
Are credits only for creating new design requests?
Design Credits are primarily consumed for creating new design requests but it may also be required for substantial revisions, additional changes outside of the original brief, and/or changes in design direction or re-designs. We do this to make sure that your project is prioritized and that we're able to book a schedule for the designer for a realistic and efficient turnaround time. Rest assured that our team will always see first if a revision can be done without requiring an additional credit and will only consume a credit when needed.
What if I need to cancel a design request and request a credit refund?
We understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly. If you decide to cancel a design request and request a credit refund, we can only accommodate such requests if they are made at least one day before the task's scheduled deadline. This policy ensures fairness, as even though you may not have received the designs yet, our design team would have already dedicated time and resources to assess the design request's requirements.
What happens to my unused credits this month?
We allocate design resources specifically for your monthly credit allotment. So to make the most of your subscription, we encourage you to utilize your credits within your billing cycle. Credits are refreshed monthly to ensure optimal service delivery.

If you decide to cancel your subscription, any remaining credits will expire immediately on the closing date of your current subscription period.
