Downgrading Your Plan

Finding yourself with lighter design needs? Downgrading your plan could be the right move to help manage costs.

Here's how to adjust your subscription plan to better fit your needs:

  1. Select downgrade and fill in your account details.

  2. Choose the plan you would like to Downgrade to.

  3. Submit the request form, and you’re all set!

Once submitted, our team will review the details. A Customer Success Representative will reach out with confirmation. If you’re not sure what plan to upgrade to, feel free to contact our Customer Success Team so we can find the best fit for you.

When Do Downgrades Take Effect?


Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. According to our policy, any changes to a lower-tier plan will not be applied immediately. Instead, you’ll continue to have access to your current plan and features until your next billing date, when the downgrade will be effective.
