Downgrading Your Plan

Written by Luis

If your design needs have shifted, you can adjust your subscription by managing your design slots or capabilities, or both.

Capabilities refer to the types of design work available to you, organized into four buckets, each building on the previous one:

  • Digital Ads (Includes Social media advertising creatives)

  • Ecom (includes everything in Digital Ads, plus Ecom capabilities)

  • Marketing (includes everything in Ecom, plus Marketing capabilities)

  • Full Stack (includes everything in Marketing, plus Fullstack capabilities)

Moving to a lower bucket reduces the range of design types you can request, so make sure the capabilities you rely on are still included.

Capacity refers to the number of design slots you have, meaning how many requests our team can work on simultaneously. Plans are available with 2, 4, or 6 design slots, and you can also remove extra slots you've previously added.

Pro tip: If you only need to adjust your volume, you can customize your design slots without changing your capability bucket at all.

How to Downgrade

  1. Select downgrade and fill in your account details.

  2. Choose the plan or the number of design slots you would like to Downgrade to.

  3. Submit the request form, and you’re all set!

Once submitted, our team will review the details and a Customer Success Representative will reach out with confirmation. If you're not sure what to adjust in terms of more capabilities, more capacity, or both? Feel free to contact our Customer Success Team so we can find the best fit for you.

When do downgrades take effect?

Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. According to our policy, any changes to a lower-tier plan will not be applied immediately. Instead, you’ll continue to have access to your current plan and features until your next billing date, when the downgrade will be effective.
