Here's how to adjust your subscription plan to better fit your needs:
Head over to manage my account.
Select downgrade and fill in your account details.
Choose the plan you would like to Downgrade to.
Submit the request form, and you’re all set!
Once submitted, our team will review the details. A Customer Success Representative will reach out with confirmation. If you’re not sure what plan to upgrade to, feel free to contact our Customer Success Team so we can find the best fit for you.
When downgrading, it is important to consider that the downgrade will take effect on your next billing date and not before per our company policy.
