Cancellations & Refunds FAQs

We understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s everything you need to know about cancelling your subscription and how refunds work at NoLimit Creatives.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you’re in full control. All of our plans are monthly and contract-free, giving you the flexibility to cancel anytime before your next renewal.

To cancel, you can submit a cancellation request through the Manage Your Account page, or reach out to us via chat or at [email protected]

Once the form is submitted:

  • Our team may reach out within 1–2 business days to explore options with you (like downgrading to a lighter plan).

  • If we don’t hear back from you within 3 days, we’ll move forward with canceling your plan to avoid leaving requests in limbo.

This policy ensures we’re honoring your request efficiently while keeping our internal workflows clean and fair for everyone.

Once your cancellation has been processed, you’ll continue to have full access to your plan and design requests until the end of your current billing period.

Heads up: To ensure cancellations are processed before renewal, please submit your request at least 48 hours before your next billing date. If a cancellation is submitted too close to renewal, we can’t guarantee the charge will be stopped in time.

What is your cancellation policy?

Here's a couple of things worth noting when you decide to cancel your subscription:

  • Your subscription will end on the upcoming billing date.

  • You will still be able to create new requests and have them scheduled before the end of the paid period.

  • The design team will continue working on your active requests until the end of your current paid period. However, to accommodate further revisions or resizes, you'll need to maintain at least a Maintenance Plan.

  • You and your team will not be able to request for major revisions, or submit any new design requests unless your subscription is reactivated. You can reactivate your subscription at any time by purchasing a plan or contacting our Customer Success team.

Will I receive a refund if I cancel?

Our monthly subscription-based model is designed to offer flexibility. We operate without long-term contracts, and customers can cancel anytime before renewal.

Because we allocate our teams and resources based on active subscriptions, we maintain a consistent and strict policy on refunds.

Our Refund Policy at a Glance:

  • All payments are final once processed

  • No partial refunds for unused time or partially used subscriptions

  • Billing disputes must be reported within 7 days of the charge date

  • Refunds are only considered when:

    • A technical or service issue occurred that prevented use

    • A customer was re-billed after attempting to cancel (and contacts us within 7 days)

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days. Just note that the refund may take additional time to reflect on your bank statement depending on your card provider.

Can I downgrade instead of canceling?

Definitely. If you don’t need full design power right now, you can switch to a smaller plan by visiting the Manage Your Account page, or reach out to us via chat or at [email protected]

What about credit refunds?

If you’re on a credit-based plan here’s what to know:

  • Credits are non-refundable. Even if you cancel a design request, that credit is considered used once the request is submitted.

  • Credits don’t roll over. All credits reset with each new billing cycle. Any unused credits expire at the end of the month, so we recommend planning your requests accordingly.

  • Partial use doesn’t equal a refund. If a request was submitted but not fully completed or if only part of the deliverables were used, it still counts as a used credit.

We designed our credit system to provide flexible access to design support, but each request submitted reserves time from our creative team. That’s why we’re unable to refund or reissue credits after use.
