Branding projects, especially logo design and branding deck, take a little more time and care than your average ad or banner. Why? Because we’re building something that represents you.

Here’s what affects turnaround times (TATs), what slows things down, and how you can help us move faster without sacrificing quality.

Branding Request Turnaround Time Expectations

While turnaround times may vary based on the volume of deliverables and design complexity, here’s a general idea:

Logo Design (New):

  • 2-4 business days for initial concepts

  • 1 business day per revision

Logo Refresh:

  • 2-4 business days for initial updates

  • 1 business day per revision

Other Brand Assets (business cards, mockups, brand guidelines):

  • 2-4 business days

Note: These are estimates, not guarantees. The clock resets each time we receive your revision feedback.

What Slows Things Down

The more details we’re missing, the longer it takes to get things just right. Here are some common causes of delays:

  • Submitting one request for multiple design types (logo + branding deck + banners + social media ads)

  • Vague, generic design briefs with no references

  • Unclear feedback like “Can you make it pop?”

  • Not specifying required file formats (e.g. Canva-only, editable Illustrator file)

  • Major direction changes after the first concept—whether due to a change of mind or a desire for additional options

How to Speed Things Up

If you want faster turnaround, here’s how you can help us help you:

  • Each design type must be submitted as a separate request

    • Example: Logo design is request 1, branding deck is request 2, social media ad is request 3, and so on.

  • Provide visual examples and reference links

  • Share what you don’t like, it’s just as helpful!

  • Set clear priorities (e.g. “logo first, banners after approval”)

  • Be honest with feedback even if it’s blunt

Bonus Tip: Be Slot-Savvy

Your turnaround time depends on how many active slots your plan includes.

If all your slots are full, new requests will be set in queue until a slot opens up.

You can add more Active slots to boost your design capacity, or upgrade your plan to keep your queued requests constantly moving.
