Design slots represent the number of design requests your assigned team can work on at the same time. Think of them like browser tabs, with each slot holding one active request. While adding more design slots won't speed up the turnaround time for individual requests, it does let you tackle multiple requests in parallel, helping you move through your overall workflow faster.
With more design slots, you can submit and prioritize last-minute or high-priority projects without disrupting work already in progress, making it easier to manage deadlines and boost your total output.
Why Add Extra Design Slots?
If your workload is growing, adding design slots is a smart, flexible way to to adjust your plan to your changing needs. You can simply add design slots to your existing plan, letting you:
Run more design requests in parallel, increasing the total volume of designs completed
Shorten your queue and speed up the overall workflow
Expand your capacity during busy seasons or campaign launches
How Much Do Additional Design Slots Cost?
Pricing varies based on your plan bucket:
Digital Ads: $150 per additional design slot
Ecom: $200 per additional design slot
Marketing: $250 per additional design slot
Full Stack: $350 per additional design slot
Example:
Marketing 2 Design Slots = $700/month
If you add 1 design slot at $250/slot, your monthly fee becomes $950/month for a plan with 3 design slots
If you upgrade to Marketing 4 Design Slots, your fee will be $1,050/month for 4 design slots
In this case, you'd be paying an extra $100 to gain a full additional design slot — making the upgrade the better value!
If you still just want to add a single design slot? You're free to do that too.
This flexibility means you can grow at your own pace and pay only for what you need. Just stack as many design slots as you need and stay in control of your costs.
When Can I Add Design Slots?
Anytime. You'll only be charged a prorated amount based on how many days are left in your billing cycle.
Example: If your plan renews on the 10th and you add a design slot on the 20th, you'll only be charged for the days remaining until the next renewal.
How Do I Add a Design Slot?
You can add extra design slots anytime from your Manage My Plan page. Here's how:
Go to Manage My Plan
Click on Upgrade
When prompted to choose a plan, select the "Additional Design Slots" option from the dropdown menu
Enter the number of additional design slots you'd like to add in the additional comments field.
Confirm your changes
Your prorated charge will be calculated automatically based on the time left in your billing cycle. Scale up or down anytime. It's fully flexible.
