We know that not every season brings the same level of demand, and that’s exactly why we offer the Maintenance Plan, which is one of our most affordable ways to stay active within our platform. You’ll see it listed as an option when you visit the Manage My Plan page to downgrade.
At just $99/mo, it's built for slower periods, giving you the flexibility to scale down without losing access to essential creative support.
What’s Included:
Full access to your platform and dashboard.
Ongoing access to all past design files via your “My Files” section.
1 monthly design credit, available under a single active design slot and subject to our standard Turnaround Times. This credit can be used for either a graphic or video request.
It’s the perfect solution for:
Handling design emergencies, For example, one simple monthly request, or updates or revisions to previous projects.
Keeping your design files organized and accessible.
Supporting your in-house team without committing to a full plan.
What Types of Requests Can You Submit with Your Maintenance Plan Credit?
The Maintenance Plan includes access to most standard Graphic and Video services, but with some limitations.
Included:
Graphic Design requests (ads, social posts, banners, thumbnails, etc.)
Video Design requests (as per your original plan limitations).
Revisions to previously completed Full Stack design requests.
Not Included:
New Full Stack Design requests.
Priority or rush requests outside of our standard Turnaround Time.
Working with Your Design Credit
Your Maintenance Plan includes 1 design credit per month, here's what you need to know to make the most of it:
1 credit = 1 request, typically. Most graphic or video requests use one credit, but larger projects may require more. Your Design Lead will always give you a heads-up before any additional credits are used.
Credits aren't just for new requests. Substantial revisions, direction changes, or redesigns may also require a credit, but our team will always try to avoid this when possible.
Credits don't roll over. Make sure to use your credit within your billing cycle to get the most out of your plan.
If you find yourself needing more capacity, the best move is to upgrade your plan. Learn how to customize your plan when upgrading to a design slot plan.
