How Concierge Connect is Set Up
Ready to add Concierge Connect to your plan? For $200/month, you can add it on to any active subscription. Once it's active, you'll gain access to a dedicated Slack channel with our team. Here's how the process works:
Add Concierge Connect to Your Plan: You can reach out to our Customer Success team and they'll help you to add Concierge Connect to your subscription.
Check Your Inbox (and Spam Folder): We send the invite to your Slack workspace, and you should receive it in the inbox of the email address used in your NoLimit Platform. If you don’t see it right away, make sure to check your Spam folder, as invitations sometimes get filtered there.
Accept the Invite: To join, simply accept the invite in your own Slack workspace. If you are having trouble accepting the invite, please contact our Customer Success team immediately.
Start Collaborating: Once you accept the invite, you’re all set! Your team can now collaborate, share updates, and communicate seamlessly in this dedicated channel with our Customer Success team for prompt assistance and efficient collaboration with our Design Directors when needed.
Add Your Team: To improve collaboration with your team, you can also freely add anyone within your team, anyone on your team who didn't receive an invite, as long as you are using Slack Connect.
