Concierge Connect gives you real-time support directly inside your Slack workspace. If you’re looking for quick responses, fast solutions, and someone you can reach out to at any moment, this is a great option to stay connected and supported.

Your dedicated Success expert will be available through a private Slack channel, ready to answer questions, solve issues, and make sure you always feel heard.

There are two ways to get Concierge Connect:

Concierge Connect is automatically included on any plan with 6 or more design slots. Not there yet? No problem, you can also add Concierge Connect to your current plan as an add-on, regardless of how many design slots you have. Either way, once it's active you'll gain access to a dedicated Slack channel with our team. Here's how the process works:

We send the invite to your Slack workspace, and you should receive it in the inbox of the email address used in your NoLimit Platform. If you don’t see it right away, make sure to check your Spam folder, as invitations sometimes get filtered there.

To join, simply accept the invite in your own Slack workspace. If you are having trouble accepting the invite, please contact our Customer Success team immediately.

Once you accept the invite, you’re all set! Your team can now collaborate, share updates, and communicate seamlessly in this dedicated channel with our Customer Success team for prompt assistance and efficient collaboration with our Design Directors when needed.

To improve collaboration with your team, you can also freely add anyone within your team, whom we were not able to send an invite to, as long as you are using Slack Connect.
