At NoLimit, we strive to offer multiple communication channels where you can easily reach out and get assistance. Whether you're looking for design support, have questions about your account, or need to provide feedback, each channel has a specific purpose and helps us serve you better.

1. Request Comment Thread

Best for: Direct communication with the design team.

  • Who to Expect: This is a direct communication line between you and the design team assigned to your account. You can tag and mention the Design Lead and the Designer assigned to the request, as well as tag your other team members (Administrator or Collaborator users) who you may want to include in the conversation about the request.

  • What to Expect: When you leave a comment, expect a response from a member of the design team with either clarifications, suggestions, or action on your request. This thread ensures your comments on specific requests are applied into the design process, avoiding confusion and miscommunication across your other projects.

  • When to Use: You can communicate directly with your design team, send comments about specific design instructions to inform the team, general feedback on the design submitted, or follow up on the status of your request.

Best for: Reviewing designs and sharing structured and specific feedback for revisions.

  • Who to Expect: Feedback tool comments will be reviewed by both your Design Lead and Designer assigned to the request. They’ll use the feedback to make revisions and adjustments to the designs.

  • What to Expect: You’ll be able to leave detailed feedback on the design files you've received. This is a more accurate way to communicate your thoughts and any revisions you’d like to be made on the exact element or timeline of the design files, ensuring that your vision is fully realized.

  • When to Use: Whenever you need to provide specific feedback or comments on the design, allowing you to pinpoint exact parts of the design files that needs to be revised, as well as point to he exact timeline of video files that require attention. This is an ideal way to get help on your design-specific queries, design modifications, or any changes you'd like to see, and great for structured feedback that you want to track or revisit.

3. Chat via the Help Center

Best for: Quick and live assistance for general inquiries.

  • Who to Expect: The Customer Success Representative (CSR) team will be ready to assist you with general inquiries, troubleshooting, or guidance regarding navigating the platform and our services.

  • What to Expect: CSR chat provides you with quick, live responses to resolve issues or answer your questions. If you need immediate assistance or have non-design-related queries, simply head to the Help Center, and navigate to the Chat icon.

  • When to Use: For any non-design-related questions, technical support, account management issues, or clarifications regarding platform functionality and navigation.

4. E-mail

Best for: Detailed inquiries or non-urgent issues.

  • Who to Expect: Depending on your inquiry, you may be directed to the appropriate department, such as customer support, sales, or the design department handling your concern.

  • What to Expect: E-mail provides a written record of your inquiry and is the best channel for detailed, non-time-sensitive communication. You can always reach us at [email protected] for any inquiries, though it may take longer to receive a response than chat or platform comments.

  • When to Use: When you have detailed questions, need documentation, or want a record of communication for future reference. E-mail is ideal for queries that aren’t urgent.

5. Slack Connect for NoLimit+ Plan

Best for: Real-time communication, team collaboration, and project updates.

  • Who to Expect: This channel is only available when you upgrade to NoLimit+ plan. Here, you'll interact with designated team members such as your dedicated Customer Success Representative, our Design Directors, or other relevant experts in NoLimit, depending on the inquiry.

  • What to Expect: Slack Connect allows real-time collaboration, ensuring you can get quick responses, share ideas, ask questions, and communicate with our team. It's perfect for clients who need immediate access to support and want to collaborate closely with the team.

  • When to Use: If you’re on the NoLimit+ plan, Slack is ideal for ongoing communication, quick feedback, or when you have high-priority concerns and immediate need to chat directly with the team.

These communication channels are designed to help you get the support and feedback you need in the most effective way. Using the right channel will help us respond to your needs promptly and ensure that your experience with us is seamless.
