Staying on top of your design projects just got even easier. With our upgraded notification system, you can follow every update, respond faster, and keep your workflow running smoothly. Whether you prefer Slack, email, browser alerts, you’re now in full control of how you stay informed.

How to Set Up Your Notifications

Getting set up takes just a moment!

Click your profile picture in the top-right corner and choose Notification Settings. From there, simply pick your preferred channels and the types of updates you want to receive.

How to Turn Notifications On or Off

You can toggle your notifications at any time using the switch on the right-hand side of the Notification Settings page.

Note that in-app notifications can’t be turned off, whenever you’re in the platform, your updates will always be there waiting for you.

Notification Channels

Slack

Slack notifications are one of our most requested features, and they’re here to make your workflow faster, clearer, and easier. You can set them up in just a few steps:

  1. Click Connect next to Slack.

  2. You’ll be redirected to Slack to choose your workspace and select Allow.

  3. Once connected, open Slack, go to Apps, and add the NoLimit App.

  4. You can manage which notifications will be received in Slack directly from the Platform Notification Settings page.

Important: For Slack notifications to work smoothly, your NoLimit email must match the email you use in Slack. You can quickly manage user details from the Users tab. If you need help connecting a different email, our Customer Success team is always here to support you.

Email

Email notifications are enabled by default using the email address linked to your account. Open the dropdown menu to choose exactly which types of updates you’d like delivered to your inbox.

Browser Notifications

To enable browser notifications, click Connect and select Allow when your browser prompts you. This gives you quick, on-screen alerts without interrupting your flow.

WhatsApp

WhatsApp notifications are coming soon! Once this feature goes live, we’ll walk you through every step to get connected.

🚀 Pro Tip: Any time you enable or disable notifications in a channel, your changes are saved automatically. You’ll see a confirmation message at the bottom-left corner of your screen.

In-App Notifications

Staying updated inside the platform is quick and effortless. Just click the notification bell in the top-right corner of your screen, next to your profile picture, to see all your latest updates. You’ll find both individual notifications and grouped activity from your requests so you never miss a thing.

You can also explore your full history in the Notifications Hub on the left-hand menu. There, you’ll be able to review new alerts as well as older ones by selecting View Old Notifications. Whenever you’re ready, from old notifications, simply click Notifications again in the left menu to return to your main notifications view.

Pausing Notifications

Need some quiet time? Use the Pause option in the top-right corner of Notification Settings to choose the days and times when you’d like notifications paused. This feature follows the timezone set in your profile.
