PDF & Presentation Page Limits Explained

Understanding why we set page limits, and how to work within them effectively.

Written by Yeidi

Why Do We Have Page Limits?

At NoLimit Creatives, our goal is to deliver high-quality designs consistently and on time. To make that possible, we've established page limits for PDF, slide presentation, and catalog requests across our plans:

  • Marketing Plans: up to 10 pages per request

  • Full Stack Plans: up to 20 pages per request

These aren't arbitrary restrictions, they're built around how our workflow operates and what it takes to deliver great results without sacrificing quality or turnaround times.

What's Behind the Limit?

Our workflow is optimized for focused, concise documents. The way our design process is structured, from briefing to delivery, works best with shorter, well-scoped files. This allows your designer to stay focused, iterate quickly, and deliver polished results within our standard turnaround times.

Longer documents introduce complexity across our systems. As documents grow in length, managing them across uploads, revisions, and formatting becomes significantly more demanding. Larger files increase the likelihood of technical issues and delays, something we actively work to prevent to keep your projects on track.

Turnaround times are tied to scope. Longer documents naturally require more design time, and going beyond the page limit can push a request outside our standard delivery expectations. To protect the quality and predictability of every project, we keep page counts within a range our team can confidently deliver.

What If My Project Exceeds the Page Limit?

If your document is longer than the limit for your plan, here are a few ways to approach it:

  • Condense your content: Review your document and look for opportunities to tighten the copy, combine sections, or simplify layouts. A more focused document often makes a stronger impact.

  • Upgrade your plan: If you regularly work with longer documents, a Full Stack plan gives you up to 20 pages per request and a workflow designed for higher-volume, more complex needs. Learn more about our plans.
