We have several levels of customer service to help you feel heard and understood. If you feel that you’re not getting through to a designer, please reach out to your Customer Success Representative so that we can create a suitable plan to get you the help you need. We are always looking to improve and provide the best service we can for you.

Below are a couple of suggestions to help minimize issues, improve your experience, and fine-tune your design team:

Completed Request Feedback

Anytime you mark a request complete we will ask for your feedback on the request. Your honest opinion here is very valuable as it will let us know if a designer is working well for you or not. This will also help us understand your design needs further and adjust accordingly.

Request A Redesign

If a design request isn't going well or is taking too much time to get what you were looking for, you can request a redesign anytime with a different (or preferred) designer for a fresh perspective and our team will look into it and try to schedule the redesign as soon as possible.

Designer Preferences

Our team is very versatile and we have a lot of designers with many different styles. If a designer isn't working well for your brand, you can add them on the Designer Preference page as Non-Preferred Designers so we know to avoid assigning them to your requests in the future. On the Designer Preference page, you can also add a designer as Preferred Designer, so we know you would like to have them working more often on your requests.
