When working with creative assets, it’s important to know the origin and license of every piece of content used in your designs. You’re welcome to provide your own files by uploading them directly to your design request or sharing a download link (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, SharePoint).

By submitting your own assets, you accept full legal responsibility for their use. We cannot be held liable for the use of any third-party content you provide.
How to Share Assets With Us
1. Upload Assets on Our Platform
When creating your request, click the Upload icon in the assets section.
Select the files from your computer and click Submit.
You can also drag and drop files into the comments section of your request.
2. Share via Cloud Storage
For large files or bulk asset collections, you can provide assets through a secure cloud storage link using:
Google Drive: Share your folder or files with [email protected] and set permissions to “Viewer” to protect your content.
Dropbox: Generate a shareable link and paste it directly into your design request.
SharePoint: Share your folder or files with [email protected] and ensure access is granted.
Pro Tip: Always double-check that the team has access before submitting your request. This helps us avoid delays and ensures your project moves forward smoothly.
Providing Your Own Assets
If you plan to include your own materials:
Ensure they are properly licensed and sourced through authorized channels.
Share them securely by uploading to your request or via a cloud link.

Whenever possible, provide high-resolution, original, and properly licensed files. Low-quality or unverified sources can slow your project and reduce the quality of the final result.
