Getting Started
Upon logging into NoLimit Creatives, you will land on the main request page. This is your central hub where you can monitor recent projects and activity related to your account. Here, you’ll find a snapshot of your current requests, including those actively being worked on, queued for future attention, and completed tasks.
Navigating the Platform
The Navigation bar is your go-to tool for managing your account. It allows you to:
Set Up Your Account: You can easily update your profile by navigating to the Avatar dropdown menu in the top right corner of the platform and selecting Profile to access your profile settings. On this page, we highly encourage adjusting the timezone to your preferred timezone. This helps align your requests, deadlines, and turnaround times with our hours of operation that is based on Eastern Time (ET).
Set Up Brands: Establishing your brands is crucial for design consistency. Input essential details like color codes, fonts, web addresses, and a brief company overview. This information ensures our designers can align their work with your brand’s visual and voice guidelines, delivering designs that truly resonate with your identity.
Add New Users: Manage who has access to your account. Decide on the appropriate access level for each user—Admins have full visibility and control, while Collaborators see only specific requests you include them in. This feature is especially useful for managing customer and team interactions without compromising on privacy.
Access Design Source Files: Find and manage all your design assets in one place.
Communicate with Customer Success: For immediate assistance, head to the Help Center and click the icon at the bottom of the page to chat with a Customer Success Representative. They’re here to provide support and answer any questions you might have.
Creating and Managing Requests
Once you’re familiar with the navigation, let’s move on to managing design requests. The request page is where you’ll:
View Active Projects: See ongoing projects that are currently being worked on or pending your approval.
Check Queued Projects: Review projects that are scheduled to be tackled next.
Inspect Completed Projects: Access and review finished designs.
Manage Drafts: View and edit any drafts you’ve started.
Submit New Design Requests: Create new requests with ease. Our platform offers clear brief templates to guide you in providing comprehensive information.
