Setting up brand profiles in our portal is a vital part of ensuring consistency across multiple design requests.

What are brand profiles?

Brand profiles allow our team to easily access the brand guidelines of particular brands, including fonts, color codes, logos, assets, etc. Brand information is shared with our team in design requests to drive consistency.

In brand profiles you will also be able to keep track of your preferred designs by opening the brand profile and clicking the approved requests tab.

How to set up brand profiles

You can watch this short video to start setting up your brand profile!

You will first need to create a new brand profile in the portal by going to the navigation bar and selecting Brands > Create.

Besides asking for brand name, industry, audience and web address, providing the following information will guarantee the team knows everything they need to know about your brand:

  • Color Codes: Use the color picker tool or type in the hex codes.

  • Fonts: Indicate the name of the primary or secondary brand fonts. You can upload the font files in the brand assets section.

  • Description: Let us know more about the brand, main objectives, tone or feel of the brand, competitors, etc. Keeping this section up-to-date is key for design consistency and so that the team is aware of any major brand updates.

  • Brand Assets: Most commonly uploaded brand assets are: logo files, brand guidelines, fonts, images, videos, mood boards, etc.
