At NoLimit, we value creativity and uniqueness, and we're committed to helping you bring your vision to life. As we embark on various projects together, it's crucial to understand and respect Intellectual Property Rights and Copyright. This not only ensures the integrity of your work but also helps us maintain ethical and legal standards.

The Fine Print

When you signed up, you agreed to our Terms and Conditions—the roadmap that keeps the creative highway smooth. One key aspect of this agreement is your assurance that any and all materials provided to us or obtained by us at your direction—whether as examples or for incorporation into a project during the design process—are either owned by you, or you have the proper authorization to use them. This assurance extends to guaranteeing that these materials do not infringe upon or misappropriate any third party's rights, including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights and any right of publicity. Your commitment in this regard is crucial for the success and legality of our collaborative efforts.

Specific Limitations and Considerations

To maintain transparency, here are specific limitations you should be aware of:

1. Downloading from External Platforms: It's important to note that downloading assets outside our platform or from sources not shared via file-sharing services like external websites, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Vimeo, etc., may have certain restrictions.

2. Website Media: We can pull images and/or videos from websites per your specific and explicit instruction based on the assurance you provided in our Terms and Conditions.

3. Video Downloads: We can download a video based on your specific and explicit instruction, provided the hosting platform allows it through a native download button. This ensures that the owner/uploader allows downloading of the video. Without a native download button, we are unable to proceed with downloading content. This involves the use of an unauthorized third-party app, posing associated risks, such as:

  • Violating the Platform’s Terms of Use: This could lead to an account suspension or even a ban.

  • Downloading Copyrighted Content: This poses a risk of infringing on the intellectual property rights of the owner.

  • Downloading Malware or Viruses: Some third-party tools may be malicious and could harm the device.

4. Keeping Hands Off Competitors' Creatives: To maintain a high standard of originality and respect for others' work, we refrain from repurposing or replicating existing creative works from brands you’re not affiliated with, particularly competitor brands. This includes:

Using elements directly from existing creative works

Reproducing text or ad copy verbatim

Copying the exact flow and visual treatment of existing creative works

5. Respecting Visible Watermarks: Visible watermarks, such as text-based overlays and logos on creatives, are there for a reason. We are committed to respecting these marks and will not remove or obscure them unless you confirm that you have the appropriate rights to use and modify the provided creative works.

Why It Matters

Understanding and adhering to these principles ensure a smooth collaboration and protect both your interests and ours. It's not just about legalities; it's about maintaining the trust and integrity of the creative process.

We are enthusiastic about creating something remarkable with you, and your cooperation in upholding Intellectual Property Rights and Copyright is a crucial part of that journey.
