This article will walk you through how Slack Connect works, how to join a Slack Connect channel.

Slack Connect channel is designed to streamline communication and support, ensuring faster resolutions and a more efficient support experience. It facilitates communication with our Customer Success team and allows you to receive support from our Design Directors when needed. For design feedback and direct collaboration with your Design Leads and Designers, we recommend utilizing the in-platform feedback and communication features.

Whether you're using Slack for internal team collaboration or project management, Slack Connect extends that functionality by allowing external partners or service providers (like us) to work seamlessly within your Slack channels.

Once you upgrade to NoLimit+, you’ll gain access to a Slack Connect channel with our team. Here’s how the process works:

We send the invite to your Slack workspace, and you should receive it in the inbox of the email address used in your NoLimit Platform. If you don’t see it right away, make sure to check your Spam folder, as invitations sometimes get filtered there.

To join, simply accept the invite in your own Slack workspace. If you are having trouble accepting the invite, please contact our Customer Success team immediately.

Once you accept the invite, you’re all set! Your team can now collaborate, share updates, and communicate seamlessly in this dedicated channel with our Customer Success team for prompt assistance and efficient collaboration with our Design Directors when needed.

To improve collaboration with your team, you can also freely add anyone within your team, whom we were not able to send an invite to, as long as you are using Slack Connect.
