As the owner or administrator of your subscription, you have full control over navigating multiple dashboards. Switching between them is quick and seamless. Here’s how:
Hover over your profile picture in the top right corner.
Select the dashboard you’d like to view from the drop down menu.
Each dashboard has its own independent My Files, so always double-check that you’re in the correct dashboard when reviewing files for specific requests.
If your team needs access to more than one dashboard, no problem! You can request to add additional administrators to help manage multiple dashboards. Just reach out to our team, and we’ll be happy to get them set up for you.
Pro Tip: Only owners and administrators can navigate multiple dashboards. Make sure to manage and update your user list so your team has the right level of access.
