Explore our redesigned request management system, featuring intuitive widgets and specialized pages for active, queued, completed, and draft requests to streamline your workflow and enhance visibility.
Updated Request Page
We’ve updated the platform, wherein upon logging you, you will be led directly to the active requests, where you will be able to see what requests are currently being worked on.
We have also introduced new tabs to filter and improve the visibility of requests, showing you what is being worked on, what’s up next, and what has been completed in your requests page.
Active Tab
The best place to find requests currently being worked on. On this page, you’ll find a list of all your active requests.
Requests tagged with the following status tags will be shown in this list: Scheduling, Design in progress, Being revised, Ready for review, Awaiting response.
Queued Tab
On this page, you’ll find a list of all your queued requests. Requests tagged with the following status tags will be shown in this list: In Queue, Processing, Details Needed and Paused.
After submitting new request you will be redirected to the Queued tab, where you can find recently submitted requests under the Processing Section.
In the In Queue section you'll be able to rearrange the priority of your queued requests by simply dragging and dropping the requests, and reordering the list based on your shifting priorities. Requests at the top of the queue are automatically scheduled first. Learn more about managing your design queue.
Completed Tab
On this page, you’ll find a list of all requests that have been tagged as completed. The feedback rating column gives a quick overview of each request’s performance, showing which request delivered amazing designs that you can easily refer back to for future requests. If you need to revisit any completed requests, feel free to reopen them for our team to add it to your production queue.
Drafts Tab
Here, you can finalize your drafts before submitting them for processing. This list includes all the requests that you’re preparing but aren’t quite ready yet for the team.
Improved request page widgets
The updated request page also surfaces a summarized view of the status of your requests, giving you a clear picture of how requests are progressing and overall account activity.
