When can I submit a new request?

You can submit a new request as soon as you log in to your platform! While scheduling an onboarding call is recommended for a walkthrough of the platform, you're free to start submitting requests immediately upon logging in.

Do I have to wait for a request to be completed before I submit a new one?

Not at all! You don’t need to wait for a request to be completed before submitting a new one. In fact, submitting requests in batches often leads to faster processing and smoother handling overall.

Here’s why: Think of it like a car in traffic. If you keep stopping and starting—accelerating and then braking—you’re using up more energy and time. But if you move steadily without stopping, the journey is more efficient and smoother. The same principle applies to submitting requests. By submitting requests in batches, we can process them together, which can lead to quicker and more seamless queueing and scheduling system. So feel free to send new requests whenever needed!

Why is it better to submit requests in batches?

Submitting requests in batches, also helps our team process and queue your requests more efficiently, allowing us to prioritize tasks to meet your deadlines, and streamline scheduling your requests to deliver the designs with the best turnaround times.

Requests submitted together are often processed faster—our team can work more smoothly by addressing your needs, asking questions or clarification early on while processing your requests, while we work on your Active requests simultaneously, which helps reduce delays or bottlenecks. We are also able to schedule your requests immediately as soon as an active slot becomes available.

When is the best time to submit new requests?

You can submit new requests at any time, even if previous ones are still in progress or under review. If you have multiple requests, feel free to send them all together! You can inform your Design Leads of your priorities, and we’ll process and schedule them accordingly. Alternatively, you can rearrange the priorities yourself by dragging and dropping the order of your requests once they are set to "In Queue" status.
