Yes! We highly encourage every new client to schedule an onboarding call. This session is your gateway to maximizing the value of your NLC subscription. We also offer design consultations with our Design Directors during the onboarding call. We’ll walk you through everything you need to know.
Our goal? To make sure you’re fully equipped to get the best results from our design team.

What happens after the onboarding call?
Your onboarding doesn’t stop after one call! We provide ongoing support to make sure you’re comfortable with our platform. Over the next three months, you’ll receive:
Welcome emails, and follow-ups, that provide detailed guidance on how to use the platform, submit requests with the perfect design brief, and set up your profile as a start.
Regular check-ins to answer any questions and ensure you’re on track.
The option to schedule additional design consultations or refresher calls as needed.

Can I schedule an onboarding call at any time?
Absolutely! We offer onboarding calls Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM EST with our Design Directors. If you need a call outside of these hours, we also have availability until 8 PM EST to accommodate different time zones.
What if I have questions after onboarding?
Onboarding doesn’t stop after one call, we’re here to support you every step of the way! For the first three months, we’ll continue checking in to make sure you’re getting the most out of NoLimit Creatives.
