Update team member details or remove access from the platform

Managing users effectively is crucial for maintaining a smooth and secure platform. Here’s a quick guide to help you manage the users of your account.

Access the user page

  • You can access the list of users by navigating to the User page, through the navigation sidebar.

  • To view or manage a user’s details, simply click on their username in the user list. This action will direct you to their individual user page.

Editing User Information

  • On the User page, you’ll find the list of your team members, and access to their user profile pages where you can update a user’s information (e.g., name, role, timezone, etc.) on their behalf.

  • If you need to update a team member's role, you may do so by selecting the Administrator or Collaborator role in the dropdown selection.

  • After making any edits, be sure to click the Save button to apply the changes.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation message indicating that the changes were successfully saved.

Changing User Passwords

  • To change a user’s password, locate the password section on their user page. Enter the new password and confirm it.

  • Click the Save button to ensure the new password is set.

Deleting a User

  • If you need to permanently remove a user from the platform, click the Delete button.

  • Be cautious, as this action cannot be undone.

Archiving a User

  • To temporarily suspend a user’s access, use the Archive button.

  • This will hold their account and prevent them from logging in.

  • If you wish to restore access to an archived user, please contact our Customer Success Representative for assistance.
