Editing Your Design Request

Written by Yeidi

Submitted your request and want to check in on your brief? The Edit Request page keeps everything within reach, even after you hit submit.

Your Layout, Your Way

The page is organized into collapsible sections, open what you need, close what you don't. The system remembers your preferences, so whatever you leave open stays that way the next time you visit a request.

You can also adjust the middle divider to shift focus between your brief on the left and the chat and designs on the right. Pull it to help you focus, that preference is saved too.

Here's what you can do from this page:

Chat with your team

Have a question or want to share an update? Use the request chat to communicate directly with your designer and design lead.Learn more about communicating with the team

Review designs

When designs are ready, you can review them and leave feedback directly from this page by clicking in the design and leaving feedback. Learn how to review designs

View files

Access all files associated with your request in one place, assets shared by the team and anything you've uploaded.Learn more about viewing files

Link related requests

Attach past requests the team should reference using the Linked Requests field. Once added, the team can open them in one click, helpful when you want to match the style of a past project or build on an approved design.

Complete your request

Happy with the final designs? Click Complete to close the project. Need one more round first? Use the Feedback Tool to mark up the design directly, it's faster and clearer than describing changes in the chat.

When completing a request, you'll also be asked to rate the designs. Your rating matters more than you might think, it helps us understand what's working, spot what needs improvement, and recognize the work that truly hit the mark. Whether the experience was great or fell short, an honest rating goes a long way in helping us deliver better results for you every time.

💡 Pro tip: Marking up specific areas beats describing changes in the chat, it cuts revision rounds and speeds things up. Learn how to leave great feedback
